Our Unique Horse-Centered Learning Holidays
We offer two levels of Course at the Centre. The difference is about how deeply you want to immerse yourself in learning skills and your own personal way of
connecting. We guide you here about the two different courses, but please contact Claire to discuss which would be best for you at this time. We want to make sure you’ll thoroughly enjoy yourself
and get the most benefit out of your trip here, so we are available to chat with you at all stages of the booking process.
Connection Training Skills Upgrade Course
On this Course, you’ll focus on developing your skills in training with positive reinforcement. This is a great Course to come on at the start of your positive
horse training journey or if you want to focus on particular behaviours, for example, hoof lifting, loading or leading. You’ll work with Claire Waldron and have five hours tuition with the horses
daily. You will have one-to-one coaching with your matched horse, who will be the best one to help you learn what you need. By the end of the three days, you will have fully upgraded your
training skills and go home ready to apply your new learning to working with your own equine.
Connection Training Total Immersion
This is a 4-day Course which allows us to take you deeper into connecting with your horse and finding your own unique process. We discuss issues you have with your own equines and develop a
training plan to take home. We can then incorporate this with your lessons, so that you can practise the skills you need. We can work on creative solutions to your problems and you can try out
ideas with our horses
At the start, we focus on building connection through developing synchrony with your matched horse. This is based on the tai chi sessions which start every day. Through these, you learn how to control your breath, weight shifts and posture, all of which communicate your intention to your horse. We use our patent “Follow, Match, Lead” process to help you obtain an amazing connection, which you may not have experienced before.
By the time you go home, you will have a fully worked-out plan to start with your horse confidently and feeling inspired!

Our learning holidays are complete and perfectly organised (or so our clients tell us). All you have to do is arrive and depart and we’ll do the rest. In fact, we’re more than happy to help you
with your travel arrangements too, so do make that call.
You will work with our lovely rescue horses, who are sensitive and sweet. Our first priority is your safety and relaxation, so we always start with you working in protected contact. It’s only
once we’re sure that you and your horse are connected and happy, that we would work without a protective barrier.
Our watchword is “relaxation” for you, when working with a horse and when you are enjoying the casa. You can only connect well and learn when you feel relaxed, so this is our top priority. From
meeting you in Granada to introducing you to the horses, to providing lovely food, we build relaxation into everything we do. Your learning holiday will be a real retreat from your worries and
cares and you will be amazed at how refreshed you become.

We are a Registered Charity and your money helps to support the horses and our work. Your time with us helps our horses learn to trust new people and progress with their rehabilitation. Around 50% of your fee goes directly to support our Charity.
